Thank you for visiting ARP/Phoenix Prevention Services. Most of the services that we provide are for specific organizational and community needs. However, at the ARP/Phoenix Prevention Services office (located at 257 Biltmore Avenue, Suite 200, Asheville), we have 2 open-enrollment programs: Children in the Middle and Nurturing Parenting Skills for Parents. For more information about these programs, send an email to darias@arp-phoenix.com or call (828) 254-2700 ext 206.
Features and Updates

We are pleased that ARP/Phoenix Prevention Services facilitator Rachael Austin made the Transylvania Times! Read the article by Kim MacQueen, entitled “Learning To Make The Right Decisions.”
On top of that, our own Question Why also made the Asheville Citizen-Times! The article, "Teens & tobacco: Teen smoking no longer socially accepted," was written by Nanci Bompey and quotes Christine Laucher, ARP/Phoenix's coordinator for Question Why West.
We have added some programming dates to the calendar and updated our services by county.
